In order to promote the skills of human resources in developing countries, to give access to education of better quality while strengthening the friendship between nations, the French National Commission for UNESCO (CNF / UNESCO) in agreement with the French Government puts 75 scholarships of excellence at the disposal of foreign students wishing to make a study or research stay in France.

The categories of scholarships are defined as follows:

License: 30 scholarships

Master's degree: 30 scholarships

Doctorate: 15 scholarships
